The bottom line is IF he is injured well take a spell to get over the injury OR Cleary has to make good on his promise to drop non performing players. He bangs on about culture yet puts the letter C next to one of the teams biggest under performers , not sure what cultural message that sends to those putting in 100% .

In all honesty, we were still in the game despite our forwards not making too much of an inroad
Its our errors that lost us the game, mainly by the outside backs today - real unfortunate

This is a more accurate assessment than some of the more emotional posts.

We made some simple errors at critical times which put us under severe duress. A dropped bomb and a couple of dropped passes which ended up in a tries. Those errors contributed to the 40/60% possession and a completion rate of 61%. You can't win games completing 61% of 40%. At the start of the year we were completing over 80%.

For those hammering the forwards, you need to take into account these figures to see they had little opportunity to carry the ball. When they did, they were gassed from their defensive efforts. We made 422 tackles to their 251 - ironically our tackling efficiency was 90%.

We made plenty of opportunities in attack today - we fell at the final hurdle. A few little errors cost us the game - not a huge deficiency in our lineup.

None of the opportunities in attack came off the back of our forwards.

The mistakes were a result of the backs knowing that they had to come up with something out of nothing because their forwards weren't going to help them.

Once we got behind on the scoreboard, the pressure to pull off the big play intensified hence the mistakes.

Our forwards are putting our backs under pressure.
That's how I see it.

6\. The people who defended player A are now fully on the 'player A is a dud' team and also start calling for whoever signed player A to be sacked.

Not sure that lack of go forwards was our problem yesterday and tend to think the stats are a little bit misleading.

We had absolutely no ball for the first 60 minutes of the game. When we finally got the ball we were moving it laterally instead of trying to go through the middle.

Realistically, depending on the context (markers, speed of play the ball, set defensive line etc) we should have no more than 2 hitups by backs in a set.

If we had monsters on the wings then fine - i've no problem with Fonua doing hitups as we makes good metres most of the time. But most of our backs are midgets and regularly get smashed or only make 4-5 metres.

Our forwards need to be back on side on time and they need to be passed the ball. Way too many scoots from dummy half. If this wasn't the game plan i'm sure Ivan would be blasting them.

We had no possession all game, and when we did have some away from our tryline we went sideways rather than forwards.

So the question is why has our gameplan changed so much from the early rounds?? Especially when it was successful.

Packer and Matulino should both be given one simple instruction. Run the ball and tackle hard, not sure what the game plan is but its stupid as hell

I'd expect them to be making atleast 10+ hit ups a game not the 3-4 theyve been making lately

FFS Regan Campbell Gillard, Klemmer or Woods would make the same amount of runs as them in less than 5-10 mins

Funny I thought our attack yesterday was the best its been in awhile. We probably bombed atleast 3-4 tries

I struggle to understand why those props seem gassed after just 20 minutes. The are paid the big bucks to play a game that goes for 80 minutes once a week. The Titans did it in a canter we looked busted.

Or maybe because the forwards are trying to keep their energy for defending?

Either way it's not working. Every year our forwards seem to have less stamina than the other teams…

I blame the players for having butterfingers, throwing dumb offloads after a break and giving away penalties to easily.
