THE AMBUSH - Show Your Stripes..

I'm still willing to give Sheens the benefit of the doubt for the time being and see who we end up with as coach and what signings we end up with for yet another rebuild.

Have to admit that I'm rapidly losing confidence and well and truly sick of the constant rebuilds.

Look at his performance since coming here as well. He has signed no one (Api and IP were signed via Madge & whoever else), he sacked the coach when there are so few options available and he let one of our best players go who was also a forward who could dent the line when our pack gets rolled every week. He was also the main culprit putting out the stupid messaging around Ciraldo. Then he tells us it's a 3 year rebuild.

Then you take into consideration how poor he was at times when he was here and it's not a pretty picture.

I have no confidence in Sheens but I desperately want to be wrong.
Dude I thought I was negative 🏆🏆🏆🏆

If Tim really believes its a 3 year rebuild then he is being unrealistic,i will be surprised if it is less than 5 more likely 7 years before we can hope to challenge for a title (top 4 position) and that is if things change for the better with acquisitions on the coaching/players situation in the near future.
I hope i am wrong
Cowboys have proven it’s possible sooner if you have good young forwards and enough representative talent in your squad. That’s the challenge.

We have to rely on Teflon because he is already contracted and has Pascoe and Lee in his pocket....
Hope it all works out for the better for us this time around...

Everyone has a hero mate...unfortunately people learn that you cant live in the past...
Sheens WAS good at times, but I remember he was sacked, took us to court, went elsewhere got sacked and hasnt coached in NRL for ten years....he may be the Godfather to you,he is just another aged coach that had his time with us...the one premiership he won for us doesnt cut it any more, times change, the game changes and coaching skills change...didnt you learn from the Madge saga,a 2 time premiership winner that apparently the game had passed him by and now your resting your hopes on Rip Van Winkle...
If you get offended by my opinion then SUCK IT UP.....
Good to see you’re off the nod.Next

How could it take that long? We have Cap Space for 2023(have stuffed that up by not having a Coach yet) and heaps for 2024. If these idiots can't sign quality players when they do have Cap Space, just kick us out. If they can't do it this year or next they're incapable of ever doing it.
Unless we also have tasers, mind controlling drugs and a brainwashing specialist, we aren’t getting anyone of note.

Ok are you listening.
WAKE UP
Sheens to most, GODFATHER for me and others.
In 2005 he delivered us the ultimate. He’s been there.
There is no one else that knows us like he does.
You have no alternative but bag him.
wake up to yourself and go to parra if you don’t get it.
The GODFATHER is back suck it up
You can’t seriously mean this.
Sheens was run out of town a decade ago and has done fist all since then.
His big play since coming back was to sack the only bloke who wants to coach our team, failing to find a replacement…even in the ranks of assisstants, and then decide to do it himself.
I mean, this ain’t park footy…it’s a god damned embarrassment.

Why does the ambush hold Campbelltown events at the beer shed rather than the leagues club

Why does the ambush hold Campbelltown events at the beer shed rather than the leagues club
We looked at holding an event at the Leagues Club last year and to be honest they were really difficult to work with and kept putting up road blocks to us holding an event there, they weren't really that interested in having us there.

The Beer Shed has been really good to work with and do a lot of promotion for our events there. Wests Ashfield and the Sackville have been really good as well.

The Ambush are extremely excited to announce that our final event of the year is coming in Round 24 and Jackson Hastings will be joining us!
