There’s no good solution for the Tigers. Honestly just pick the best defensive team against the warriors and keep the scores close.

If we do that, we lose by 30.
Need to have a crack and give ourselves a chance.

He didn’t play yesterday, so is likely injured himself, but even if fit it would be a bad idea throwing him in the halves without any recent game time in that position.

I haven’t seen any good ideas yet to be honest… considering who’s available, …he is gunna have to pick one of the bad ones though

Benji pulling on the boots and playing 6 is a better idea then moving API

Api's vision from hooker is to important I would play Jock at 7 and play the future Queensland origin half at 6 Andrews to kick goals as well and he's a big body

Would bring Herbert into the centres Big Mac to the wing Tino in the centres and Skelton to wing need Skelton's yardage from the back

Would have 4 forwards on the bench number 5 LL and 6 Hope


Seyfart to play 10 minutes at 9 to give API a rest if needed and Bunty in the starting 17 have to control the ruck and hit them hard kick to the corners and maybe a rain dance before the game

Thats pretty much how i would go as well. Makasini has to go back to the wing to get more experience - he was found out badly in the centres.

They say AD might have just been cramp, if so he might be back soon.

Latu has been training for ages so if he’s fit to play I’d pick him at 6. If not, I’d go Andrews. I wouldn’t shuffle any positions.

We have a lot of halves depth but didn’t think we’d lose both first choice halves 2 games in.

I’ve given you a couple of good options;
Ben Stevanovic battle hardened with plenty of NSW Cup experience, he is ready and would not let us down.
Javon Andrews who is a big body, classy with ball in hand, defends well and could be ready to stand up much sooner than we think.
Latu Fainu if fit to play would only need to play 2nd fiddle with Jock Madden running the show and from attacking point of view that would suit him very well.

I watched with Souths fans last night and even they said what is Bulla doing at times , definitely not giving 100%...but not only Bulla ,Jerome missed and critical tackle that let Grey over and Skelton should have grounded the ball instead of the air swing at it . Very disappointing result.

Has to be Madden & Mason. Latu rushed back is a bad idea, Andrews just throws another inexperienced body at the problem.

Mason is a 5/8 through the juniors.

With either Samuela or KPP beside him, his defence might not be so exposed.

Playing Herbert isn't a bad call- simply putting a centre in the centres instead of playing 4 wingers. Skelton is a winger & very effective as one. Turuva is the same. Luke L to the bench imo.

Put Javon Andrews & Charlie Murray on the bench along with Hope. Murray for defence, Andrews if Mason/Madden are not getting it done.

Absolutely and the messed up thing about it is he’s slow. There were opportunities to exploit a quick ptb but he waited and allowed the defence to set, before trying to dummy and run.

We burnt so many tackles in the middle with one out runs in Souths red zone. It was embarrassing.

Madden for sure at 7, no idea who can play 6 unless Latu is fit. Anyone, as long as it’s not Api in the halves.

Exactly, most 900 to a million dollar fullbacks could put in a good shift in the halves, teddy, turbo, Ponga, Walsh could all play to a decent level at 6 if moved there
