Just a little bit ago when Khoni dropped a catch at first slip….

"I cant understand why Dravid who holds the record for most amount of catches in the slips isn't feilding in the slips. I know he's off the field at the moment but it's still mind boggling."

Ill defend Tubby, he got unlucky there, cause, Dravid wasn't fielding in the slips before he went off, and Tubby hadn't realised he had just gone off, sounded ridiculous at the time tho.

At least Tubby didn't mistake Kohli for Dravid, Lawry made an arse of himself though.
 
I just received in the mail my 4 disc DVD set of "NRL electrifying 80s", "Magic moments of the 90s", "Greatest tries of the century" and "Greatest players of the century". I haven't watched the DVDs yet but I just read on the back for "Rugby Leagues greatest tries":

"Former NSW and Australian legend **Laurie Daley** presents this extraordinary gathering of the best tries that have ever been captured on film"

I literally feel like chucking the disc out before even watching it.

Lol in his season preview last year he tipped Manly to come 13th, and they won the comp :roll

Needless to say, i didnt bother reading his preview this year :smiley:

Heard a good one tonight. Slater got penalized for a incorrect play the ball and Laurie says 'Billy will be very disapponted with that'. Realy Loz?
 
Seems I have finally managed to develop LD selective hearing… managed to ignore all his commentary watching games this weekend. Although I am starting to think Brandy Alexander is just as bad at Daley.
 
During the Rabbits-Roosters game he said "When you save a try it's like scoring a try." Yep, Loz, except when you save a try you don't actually score four points.
 
Gary Belcher today said in regards to the Sharks double movement call: "For me he could of stopped himself scoring if he wanted to". To me he still had momentum so why should he force himself to stop?

Probably doesn't keep a jackhammer or shovel in the bathroom though and then there would be the issue of where to store the nugget after it was dislodged
