The drop out penalty? I think teams are deliberately giving these away on occasions. It's not new, a team giving away the 2, and your not gonna get sin binned for it.

This is the guy no matter how good he was , could not take a drop out in the allotted time .. stray passes everywhere and a group of missed tackles ..A couple of good kicks and a couple of decent tackles does not earn you another year .. he has to retire as with Farah he can not keep pass with the game .This is how inept the club is , it is not up to those 2 whether they play on it is the club to decide enough is enough ! Again another example of an administration that has lost the plot and weak in its decision making!

Agree 100% with all that, Benji and Farah were on the scrap heap with their previous teams 2 years ago, we gave them a swan song to help out in 2018, it has carried on in to 2019, no way no how should it go any further.

It's just sad that some people still can't look past someone who helped us win a grand final and see them for who they are now. No matter what benji does many will still think he's one of our best.
He was our worst on Thursday. He has played better but still he's only going to get worse. His game management is poor, defence is poor, kicking game erratic.
I would take a sezer, keighan, Harris tevita, cust etc as a cheap backup instead. We start with Reynolds and benji next year, with madden behind them. If we offload Reynolds we can buy someone new instead.
People seem to forget that Reynolds has been man of the match in 2 of his last 3 games for us.

He has shown nothing in first grade and has been at his worst when playing in the halves. I don't understand why he's rated by some...Cust or Harris-Tavita would be the best bets , although Manly are going to do their best to keep Cust and offload Elgey.

Yes he is definitely NRL standard. Is he a superstar now, no. He’s better than the grub at the moment and I’m a Reynolds fan. Reynolds has gone backward since his latest injury.

@cochise I watch us every week and I think Benji has been our best half this year. I get the impression he is also on significantly less than the other two halves in our team.
