The Mitch Brown No try

Was it a try or not?

Not sure of exact rule but if it bounces off his chest and then grounds it with his torso isnt that a try?

Try IMO. I couldn't BELIEVE that wasn't given, if he didn't ground it with his hands, surely he grounded it with his torso and there was no separation. I'll have to have a closer look at it to just assure myself, but I'm confident that was a try.

Considering the try that was awarded in the Titans game the night before, I thought Brown's was a certain try.

This is my issue with the referee's - there is just no consistency.

TRy TRY TRY did you watch both the minichello brothers try this weekend??? if they were trys mitch Browns was 100% try come on the video ref was paid off

What was wrong with Mark Mini's try? the other bloke dived straight over the ball and he was first to plant a hand on it

According to the boss of the ref's ( on 2GB) it WAS a try and it should have been awarded.

That means nothing now. Maybe more frustration, but nothing!!!

if the video ref wasnt paid off by Russell Crowe, then we wouldnt have been robbed and be sitting in 2nd place. instead we will be fighing down the bottom of the 8

if the inglis try vs canberra was given then so should mitch brown's. another rubbish call against the tigers…

I'm as one eyed as they come but after bouncing of his chest it hit his forearm on the way to the ground. Knock on. No try.
If we were a smart football team, we would have tried to kick a field goal in that set of 6.
