Discipline and Error reduction has been a focus all pre-season…

Completed 12/12 to begin the 2nd half...was great to see...

We seemed a bit more conservative in the 2nd half… I noticed we were getting excited by the scoreline in the first 40
Half time instructions evident an good to see us control the last 40 for the most part
Forwards laying a platform makes everything so much easier

I was thinking we could have been top of the table for the first time ever after 60 minutes allowing for F&A

Could still happen , but I get the feeling there might be a blow out or two

Defence

Luke Brooks defence was great as was his ability to get the repeat sets or find touch when the pack needed a breather.

Sue out wide was solid and made metres all night and Nofoaluma who should be part of the BIG 5 not 4 was huge for us in attack and defence.

I know it is only round 1 but if we can keep turning up in D we will make a dent in this years comp.
