As CEO we needed leadership when all the mud started flying and we did not get. He should have got everyone together and sorted it all out behind closed doors before the media turned it into a circus.
He loves the big stage when the punters are cheering but is invisible when their booing. We need a person who is their in both the good times and the bad and supports his troops 100%.
I am not sure Mayer is the right man for the CEO's role and maybe he should stick to sales and marketing.

Mayer only replaced the quote from Farah after Farah let it be known that it had been edited out, strange that an important part like that was left , out you would think that Mayer would have made sure of that . According to Mayer he did know that it was missing. Whether he physically did it himself or not is irrelevant he knew it was out.
At no stage have I thought that Farah is above criticism . But criticism is different than a personal vendetta like you are running .
While I realise that representing the World as you do , must be a heavy weight on your shoulders, just maybe a bit of balance would be a nice addition to your posts, but then I am only a single humble voice unlike your expert rants.
Not sure what your relationship with Grant is , but I'm sure that you will be there to console him if the new board realises what a destabilising influence he has been and gives him the chop
