Go just clarified on twitter the Chair must be an Independant Director.

Was it just a coincidence that we were discussing the makeup of the board come March and in particular the chairperson and Marina Go twittered or does she diligently follow the wise words on this forum.

Na, she was sticking it to Rothfied again after his reference to his predictions above. He is always having a crack at her via twitter. He hasn't won a hand yet, but he keep gunning for her. Rothfield isnt in her league, just a spineless old bitter fool.
