THE REST OF THE SEASON

We have just made a solid addition to the club, I think we will get stronger as the season plays out and I still think we can shake a top 8 spot , please don't shoot me down as I'm only thinking positive for the club , injuries will play a part as it will in any club but I just have a feeling we may just turn the corner we have been nearing
We have made 2 players think they are wanted in Josh and ET , this can only bring some positive outcome from this
This team now has some very positive ability
Look out all you people who say we are no good
We will get into the top 8
Now I can go to bed and sleep , for this week
Get behind our club , our players , be positive
2005 nobody said we could do it , we did
So top 8 here we come

Well it's now or never. The next few games we have the Dogs, Knights, Broncos, Roosters & Rabbits again before the next bye. Some winnable but also dangerous games there.

We'll know in a month whether or not this Tigers team has what it takes to make the 8.

The next few months are a bit of a crapshoot with the byes and origin period - a decent chance for us to get a few cheap wins and gain some confidence.

Our job should be made just a little easier come midday tomorrow when the NRL strip Parra of all their points.

Can they make the 8 or playing rest of year for nothing?

I think they might start again at zero. Either way, it's going to be near impossible. Even for a side as good as them.

That would be a strange call, to give them hope as opposed to the storm or dog punishment. It also open a can of worms. If they make the 8, the 9th team asks why the penalty was 10 points, not 12\. If they just miss the eight, they question why it was 10 rather than 8 point penalty

They need to be stripped of +20 points IMO
It'll be a farce if they only get stripped of 8-10 points and still make the top 8 .
They've been fined 5 from there last 6 seasons for salary cap breaches !
Lol@Parra

As long as the team is positive and plays with spirit and enterprise for the remainder of the season it will be an improvement.

Also questions such as why now?
Dogs have played and been beaten by them twice, 4 comp points lost to them, along with some teams once, while others havent played them yet and will face them with a different mindset

Typical of the NRL to wait until Morrisons Fed Budget, hoping that news will overshadow all this

I say the Eels will lose between 4 and six points. Its funny when the Bronks were under the spotlight a year or so ago with questionable dealings by their football manager it all just seemed to disappear.

We are still light years away from the likes of the Cowboys,Bronks and maybe the Sharks, but all the rest are beatable, although both Penrith and the Raiders are teams that can put us to the sword when they are on their game

Ain't no team more beatable than the Dogs atm. Pack of imposters. I laughed at the money that came for them last week when Foran withdrew. Why? They could barely beat the Titans, but they're going to beat Parra easily minus their halfback?
