Big problem we have also is our projected long term 6 AD and 7 Jacko are off contract in 2024.

But can negotiate Nov.

If they sign elsewhere for 24, we would have two halves who are leaving...you just can't allow that as it would waste an entire year in 23.

It is one thing playing second rowers who are halfway out the door, but you can't have your halves mentally off elsewhere.

We, literally, 'have' to get this right and do so before Nov.

5/8 Brooks moves to hooker, bench player Doueihi comes on at 5/8. Then 5/8 come hooker Brooks moves to halfback, with Halfback Hastings moving to lock.

So throughout the game we had 2 different hookers, 2 different 5/8's, and 2 different halfbacks. This with no injuries forcing these changes. Brooks played 3 positions.

It’s a joke that the club wouldn’t even consider extending him at this point. He’s just a nothing player.

Just a reminder. The club is so desperate that they have opened negations with half of this current spine to remain at this club well over 12 months before they are free agents. A spine that has averaged 6 points a game the last 3 weeks.

They probably understand they have let half our forwards leave, others are on their way out the door and the ones who are staying are probably free to negotiate with other clubs. How many times this year have you seen one of our forwards really fire up. Not many. We have some decent spine players in AD and JH (even LB tries) they are just playing on a team that really don’t appear to give a toss.
