Like a lot of you I believe it is time for a change in the coaching staff but realistically what does sacking Tim Sheens really achieve
We need to ask ourselves
Do we have any better options?
How will the playing group respond ?
a lot of you have been bagging the T.S era at the tigers relentlessly recently what a lot of you forget is:
he did win us a comp :bash
He got rid of the dead weight at the tigers ( Terry Hill guys like that) and bought in Scott Prince and others and made a good side.
He has also developed players like Farah , Marshall and Lawerence and has found some good young players.
In spite of what I have just said though Sheens has done a good job for the club and should be given the chance to go out graciously at the end of the season.
In terms of the playing group there are guys who are just flat out letting the side down week in week out. We need a coach who is going to do a clean out of the perennial under performers and the dead weight ,keeping guys like Marshall , Farah and Lawrence ,also develop the promising young guys like Tedesco and Marika Korobete and bring a sense of toughness to this team. Also heading into the future I know this can't happen over night but we need to get a big tough pack of forwards not like some of the clowns at the moment ( Blair, Groat).
Just want to see what every one thinks about this about.
