The Wests Tigers Plans leading into 2017

How are we going in achieving these targets?

I just thought it was interesting to bring this up again a bit down the road.

Bumping old posts doesn't make your agenda valid.
Quotes from someone who is gone from the club are washed.

Move on to the here and now.

Whats my agenda here matchball??

Same Board is it not?

I thought it was interesting.

No its not. The original post is quotes from Grant Mayer.
That is just his spin to justify his job. They all do it but the guy isnt at the club anymore.
Im sure Pascoe has more realistic forecasts on where the club will be. Who knows.
This thread is void.

Ok fair enough,

Still I think the Board would have played a large role in this?

Do we hold them accountable at all to it?

Or do we just say "mayers gone so put that in the bin"

Yep….I was going to post earlier, its dangerous coming out with these grand plans publicly, you just make yourself a target....as AA's link just proves

All decent leaders do it. Its only you can measure performance. Great to see the club being transparent. New board is fantastic.

So you dont mind them changing these strategic plans from time to time when they dont meet them?

It is completely reasonable for the new board to write a new strategic plan especially when you see how completely incompetent the past board has been

Go was on the record fairly recently (possibly Pascoe too) in saying that they maintain their goal is top 4 for 2017.

Found this in the dregs of my inbox - http://eepurl.com/5jDl9
"Report Card" for 2014.

Interesting that it mentions that JT 'has openly declared a top 8 finish will be a pass mark in 2015.'
