The world is ending....no, wait

We have a poor game whilst missing four of our better players against the team now running FIRST and it's time to crucify the coach and just about everybody in the team.
I have never seen so much whinging and bleating after a loss - and we've had plenty worse than today.
Yes, a few guys are not playing to their abilities and some had shockers (read Richards especially) that they will likely not repeat again,
Some guys didn't stand up and some are on their last chances.
If we continue again and again with the same troops and keep losing THEN we'll really have something to cry about.
Reading some of the comments you would be hard pressed to imagine some of the posters actually support the club.

Yes this is just an invitation for the hate to appear in here. Let it bubble over and subside into next Mon or Tue, then everyone will forget and focus on next week.

I agree that some people are going to be overly negative following a loss, but at the same time what happened during the game was disheartening, nowhere near what you would expect from premiership contenders even with some key players out. A lot of those tries Penrith scored were soft, soft, SOFT. It looked like there was a problem with our defense that didn't just come from the absence of some big names. I sincerely hope it will be able to be chalked up to 'one of those days', and isn't an indicator of how we will play for the majority of the rest of the season.

since when are we premiership contenders? on our day, sure we can beat anyone. just like every team in the comp (just look at the sharks). but we will be doing will to scrape in the 8 at this point.

The world is not ending. Things will remain the same. Lawrence will continue to be selected as first grade centre.

You think yesterdays loss was bad???
The roosters forum crashed on Saturday nite
Up 24 blot….scary they have The Gap in their area

That game was great. My 5 year old son was jumping up and down on the couch for the entire second half and screamed with delight when the roosters lost. So I joined him.
