This might sound crazy and completely out of the box but what would you all think if we let Brooks go and switch Tedesco to 5/8 with Addo Carr at the back.

1\. Carr
6\. Tedesco
7\. Moses

Tedesco is more of a creative fullback and Carr is just so explosive i think we can get the best out of him at the back, just to get a bit of a discussion going.

I myself am not 100% of the idea just want all your thoughts.

Really? I think it would come off to be a great move, Teddy plays more like a 5/8 and the ability to play to the best of his potential would be awesome. Another major bonus would be his frontline defence. Addo Carr would be another Inglis at fullback, pretty sure he played there for Cronulla and tore it up.
 
Yep if we were to lose either Brooks or Moses I'd rather move Rankin to 5/8, keep Teddy at the back & promote Addo-Carr to wing permanently.

I just think Teddy adds so much from FB in both attack & defence that there is none better in our squad (& most squads) than him.

Think we need an injury to either 6 or 7 imo
 
I can see your logic there but if we lost Brooks I think I would to at least try:

1 - Tedesco
6 - Sirro
7 - Moses

Peeps may think Sirro is too slow for 6 but I think his best games for us have been at 5/8 (remembering he played all his junior footy there and was bought into grade as a half).

I think it may be worth a try at the very least.
 
hypothetically, if brooks does end up signing elsewhere for 2017, would you let him go before june 30 and play someone else at halfback? ala taupau 2016.

Leave Teddy at 1
2 back ups in Jack Littlejohn & Josh Drinkwater should Brooks get hooked.
I rather JAC fill in at 1 at SOO instead of Rakin but then again I haven't seen him at Full back.

I hope that he would be better than the current Inglis as all he does lately is dump the ball to his winger on kick returns. A shadow of his former self.

Not too crazy - a bloke called Lockyer made a fair fist of transition to 5/8 from fb. Teddy is bigger, stronger and faster than him.

I reckon this suggestion could be okay
Our kicking game and halves defence is the worst in the nrl.
With halves sirro at 6 defending would be better,siirros passing game is okay and could prove to be a good foil for teddy.
All I know is … Our no.7 is not performing
 
I think Tedesco moving to five-eighth sooner or later is a good idea. His leg injuries are going to effect his speed eventually but he has a great passing, running and short kicking game. Not while he's the best fullback in the NRL though haha.
 
He won't be using that magical tap on pass of his from 5/8, nor will he be saving tries. He's a complete fullback and should never be moved.
 
teddy could play anywhere he is all class. if we are to lose anyone let brooks go and go all out for Moses brooks has not aimed up. But we must keep the future Aussie fullback.
