just a lot of negative people who just point fingers and blame others

The difference is Happy, I don't let things outside of my life that I cannot control worry me. I worry about what I can control and influence. I shake my head every day reading some of the comments in here and the things people get caught up on. Rugby League is a sport, a game, nothing more. I like watching the Tigers play, probably not as much as I used to since I've become all too accustomed to the team losing. I've got bigger things to worry about which tend to rear their head more often than not, so I don't get hung up on the team getting rolled each week. For those that do, I suggest find some perspective on what's important in life.

You’re coming across as quite superior in my opinion. If you don’t let things out of your control worry you, why do you get upset at these types of comments?
Mate, for some this is a release. I work hard in a stressful job where I have to be measured and conservative, careful of what I say and do. For me, this forum, and watching footy in general, is my release. It’s where I let my emotions overflow. @cochise will tell you that at games I yell and scream like a madman - because it’s a release and an emotional outlet.
I too think some comments are ott - but if they’re not disrespectful, so what? Live and let live

Where did I say it upset me? You may call it superior, I call it reality. Happy knows what I do for a living so he knows I'm not blowing smoke when I talk about reality and what's important in life (to me).
