I have been following the Tigers all my life and I want to see the Tiger Spirit back again. It is there but we need to see it there on show. Come on fellas…the supporters will always cheer you on. Our players are trying hard but we need to get that "magic" back. Go the Tigers!

i'd love to watch a tigers game again this year and feel the magic that usually comes from the team and the supporters, its there to harness but im waiting to feel it again…heres hoping!

Looking forward to seeing the Tiger Spirit and Magic returning…..we know the team can do it.

I just don't understand where is has gone from the game when we smashed the rabbits. My god, to see us play like that again.
 
The boys just arent working as a team. Dont seem to have the faith in each other at the moment. They are trying hard but it isnt coming together as a team. It is hard to watch.

Once the Tigers start relaxing a bit and show more patience in their play they will come good.

Do the fundemental things right and they will click into action.

My big issue is we haven't won a game when the opposition has played well for 80 minutes. Virtually every game has been against teams that have played poorly for most of the game (maybe bar 2nd Warriors game)

Really going to need it this weekend…seems like years since we have beaten the rooters.

Last game was a definite step in the right direction, however we played a side missing the best halfback and prop in the world.

No resting on laurels...must improve on last week.
 
My take on all this, these guys get the same coin win loose all draw, many years ago a league contract was made up of a signing on fee plus match payments,you win you got big coin and you lost,you got stuff all.
Now as long as you get picked in the top grade you get the money and with all the sub clauses in the salary cap its very seldom anyone gets dropped because to promote players with second tier contracts can effect your cap.

At present it is far to easy to just go through the motions when your not in the mood, but you know, nothing is going to change till the players actually get really pissed off when they loose and winning becomes a habit
 
Good Bump. My take….Its all about the culture of a club and a good coachbrings that, the culture changes the players attitude towards games we had that attitude in backend of 2009-11 we need it back.. You see the attitude that the Dogs had in 2012 the Chooks in 2013 the Rabbits in 2014 and the Broncs this year they all have a great culture and the reason for it is.....A great coach! We had one in Tim Sheens but we were right to sack him when we turned into a boys club. It all starts with the coach. I pray we get another decent one.

We have one - needs 17 good players to do any good.
 
Tiger spirit in name, hopefully tiger spirit in heart when;
1\. Harry Trigobuff takes us to the corporate top 3 level (including a WT Club)
2\. Buy 4 monster forwards.
3\. Have the proper orange jersey that goes with the spirit
4\. Have the proper black jersey that goes with the spirit.

We have the best young talent in the game in Teddy,Brooks,Moses,Nofo,Cherrington,Simona and have 2 monster forwards in Woods and Tapau and the NSWhooker in Farah…A good coach would utilize what he has and bring in what we need which is Some good back rowers,Centres and a couple cheapy props. Our team now is kinda like the team in 03-05 with all the youngsters, Sheens found a way to utilize what he had and filled positions that needed filling.
