Please don't take offense to this because I don't mean any but it's spelled definitely. It's a very common spelling error that says absolutely nothing about your level of intelligence though so please don't take offense. It's just one of my tics.

one of my 'tics' would be grammar police who try to belittle others on the internet. Wake up to yourself

Lol fine. Sook.

and to keep this post relevant - betcha a steak dinner Beau Scott couldn't spell "definitely" as in "definitely shouldn't be pursued by the tigers"

yeah… tough footballer but not what we are looking for. More importantly, we wouldnt get the value out of what he is probably asking. I think we just need to relax and wait for now and see what happens.

I'd go after JWH like Glenn says, as he would be perfect off the bench and alot cheaper!

You would have Hargreaves over Williams? You are kidding right?

An off the bench player instead of an International, who can play lock, second row or centre. A player who could get sent off or sinned binned every time he takes the field, who runs one out and as far as I know cannot unload to bless himself. Williams, besides being a dynamic runner, can offload in heavy traffic and knows his way to the tryline.

By all means, let's get JWH.

keep up with the thread Col… We are talking about Beau Scott

guys, please correct me if im wrong, but i think if BMM was any good he would of made it by now. i dont think its his play but his attitude. like i said feel free to disagree.

I think we will have enough experienced heads in the 2nd row, even without ellis, that we can bring on a junior…. I'm really hoping Dwyer can get back on the field or that BMM can start to step up, but neither may happen.

Maybe perfect time for jnr siro to start looking at lock?

Beau retard…...................no thanks. He would be a real big downgrade from Ellis. JWH or SBW or even Eddie P would be better then him. If you ask me, Beau is the luckiest man to ever play origin.

This is a make or break yr for BMM

Yep. Pretty much. As gnr said it is his make or break year but I'm not feeling confident.

So other people can talk about getting JWH, Gallen, Pettybourn et. al. but I need to keep up with the thread?

That sounds fair.

Comparing buying SBW instead of JWH in this thread is like asking me why I bought my Hilux instead of an Aston Martin. It does what I need it to do and I could afford it.

I Hate Beau Scott ,
Dwyer seemed as though he would eventually take over Gareths role to me

Great Scott, Beau's a Knight
March 10, 2012

Newcastle coach Wayne Bennett continues to pillage his former club St George Illawarra with the Knights signing representative utility Beau Scott on a four-year NRL deal.

Scott - who made his NSW Origin and Test debut last season - will reunite with Bennett at Newcastle from 2013, adding to the distinctly red and white hue of the Knights squad.

Bennett took star fullback Darius Boyd, Adam Cuthbertson and rookie Alex McKinnon with him when he headed north at the end of last season, while there are another three ex-Dragons - Neville Costigan, Chris Houston and Wes Naiqama - in the current Newcastle squad.

''Beau is one of those rare marquee players that ticks all the boxes in our recruitment and retention criteria,'' Knights chief executive Matt Gidley said in a statement released yesterday.

''Beau's genuine leadership qualities will have a huge influence over the culture we are building not only at the NRL level but throughout the entire club.''
