Our jnr scouting and recruitment is pretty good, would hate to lose it whatever happens with the first grade coach.

If our junior recruitment and scouting is so good then why isn't there more in 1st Grade. Besides Local juniors who are in the system like Sironen, Simona, Woods, Tedesco, Dwyer etc. who has made it from this supposed great scouting and recruitment we have ? And if it is so good why do we keep buying established first graders.

What unknowns have we recruited and made first graders with this excellent scouting ?..Rookies …Koroibete, Groat, BMM.. maybe anyone else ?

You can't discount those "already in the system: players, you still need to identify the ones you have that are worth keeping or you will end up like Parramatta and lose them all.

Kenny, you can't blame the blokes who go out and recruit the junior talent if that talent ultimately slips away. Those decisions are made higher up the food chain. I've listed a few blokes off the top of my head in my prior post who were identified, developed and reached first grade. There are enough in my opinion to suggest McDonnell and co are doing a good job … Throw in the locals we are identifying and bringing through ... Likes of Nofoaluma, Woods, Farah, Tedesco, Lawrence, Lovett, Brooks etc and the case is strengthened further.
