He might be an Adam Blair kind of signing and could go either way. I hope they have found Tapau's long lost identical brother or have been able to clone 17 Tapau's for next week.

I always wonder why you would bother announcing before round 13, it only leaves you open to disappointment.

Don't know who it is but at least the club is being smart about the announcement (if true that is)
