Tigers set to shut doors to Leichhardt

Think of it this way. I would pay twice the price for a ticket a LO to see the tigers play there. The games have so much more atmosphere. It bubbles, it rolls, it makes your hair stand on end. And that game being the season opener against two old tigers, debut of Blair and teddy. And I know no one wants to say it, but we are the NRL Favorites. The opener alone is worth the seasonal membership. It is a product that people are willing to pay for. Look at iPhones. They are over priced by about 60%. But people still buy them and the shop does sell out. People miss out. Some people can't afford it. This game is a produce I'm will to buy a full GA membership just to go to. I remember 2005 when the whole city seem to turn black white and gold. There are many fair weather fans out there. And because of that when it looks like we are going to have a big year they all jump up and down about the price.

It a product that is going to run out. Members should have first pick at tickets. No games should be moved from LO. But I do think LO and CSS should be upgraded with the extra money from higher tickets.

You know….I dont have net access at work...Im going to have to bother someone in the office, taking up my work time and their worktime.
What happens when the PROticket website crashes with thousands trying to buy at once?
Seen this problem before at semis time.

The onus is on you to find internet access.

Generally ticketing systems don't crash. The reason for delays in getting tickets whilst online is you need to take into consideration thousands of people are logging in at exactly the same time, booking tickets for concerts, sporting events, plays, comedy shows etc naturally it will be slow.

Still no news as yet on ticket limits from WT.

Slow/crash…same crap mate.
I liked it better when I decided when I bought my tickets.

Now the clubs telling me when I have to buy them....3 hours, generous.
This is what I get for renewing in November last year...I feel so priviliged.

If they thought this through a bit more they couldve given members 24 hours headstart, Im sure they still could now

I'll see whats left when I get home about 4pm...

Azsportza, Dry your eyes bud you should have got your Membership long before now.You are a fair weather Fan.

LaT & Demonborger, bad luck to Mr Gallop. No percentage should be keep for outside supporters. If people miss out bad luck. They should have got there Memberships earlier than now.

As for people not being able to afford it,IMO this is rubbish they have had 170 days (5 Months and 17days) to organise there Memberships. That is $0.38 cents per day for the $65 dollar price.
Any budget should be able to afford $0.38 cents per day.

IMO the fair weather FANS miss out and the True Supporters (Members) are rewarded.

Dry your eyes all you fair weather FANS and shark supporters. Members are more important to the Wests Tigers than you lot.

Mr Humpries you are a Genius, well done.

Iron Tiger you are correct Rothfield will be blowing up deluxe.

I noticed you removed the photo in your avatar, Im assuming it was of yourself??

Generally there is only a window of about 1 day maximum for presale tickets (Visa pre sales, Amex presales, members presales of every sport). It's not ideal but it isn't necessarily only Wests Tigers.

It's challenging for me too trying to organise a group of people wanting to go to the game and not being told ticket limits etc…

I was talking to a mate today about the possible sell out in round 1\. We both purchased general asmission family passes to all 12 home games this season. He seems to think that we are not guaranteed entry into the ground for round 1 if indeed it is a sell out. Is this a possibility?

The way he explained it was, there is x amount of reserved seating which we were both pretty sure are sold out. But if there are alot of general admission memberships sold it would then be a case of getting their early to make sure you get a position before the ground has reached capacity.
