Tigers tell Reynolds he's free to find a new club

Brought a lot of energy as usual...was pretty good I thought given how little footy he's played

Benji's service from DH was noticeably crisper than JRey

Yeah Benji's passing technique is way better, Reynolds looked like he was throwing bricks half the time.

Josh is a running 5/8 nothing else. He doesn’t fit with Brooks and is average as a hooker.
He needs to find a club with an organising young half that needs leadership. He’s a great player just doesn’t fit us.

I’d be happy if we kept Josh, especially if we can offload Packer & Matulino. He brings too much to the team to just be shafted imo. If he can have an injury free season next year and get a good roll on, he would be a real asset. I’d hate to see us move him onto another club and then he is injury free and starts playing gangbusters with them, while we’re still paying half his contract. I’d rather he continues to play gangbusters with us!

Still think he's an average 9 but to be honest I thought he played decent today, aside from a few odd passes. Would be happy to keep him at 9 next year until Liddle fully recovers.

Benji looked good at 9 but he's too old to be playing 80 in the middle. He's best kept at 6.

Anyone suggesting Reynolds at 9 next year is dead set not watching. He’s a likeable player but there are 10+ Canterbury Cup and QLD Cup players better than him at 9. He’s not a 9 and will get injured in the middle.

Good to see Reynolds come on in a game where we were on top and get straight into it. Loved the energy between him and Benji, and the instinctive way they play was great to watch. Not sure that it can work like that next week, but the team responded better than I have seen them play in a long time.

Yeah that should have been at least a penalty to Wests Tigers. Because Ponga was so close I could not give it a penalty try. If you are upright you can’t hold someone back who doesn’t have the ball but apparently you can if they are on or close to the ground and to the try line (sarcasm). The entire on and off field officials plus the bunker missed it.

Josh and his partner were at the finals of the local soccer at Lilli Pilli oval yesterday. He engaged well with the public talking and having photographs taken with those who want them. It was really well done.

I never saw Benji defend in the middle last night, all I saw was Benji going to dummy half a lot before Reynolds came on.

If JRey doesnt find a new club him playing a composed game out of 9 is not bad if he plays like that.

What a great attitude despite the drama and the injuries.

I really like this guy. What a great work ethic...
