Imagine if Benji and Rowdy both got injured before the final round. Maybe it'll be like Robbie Farah hobbling out with a broken leg all over again.

So it'll be a standard Wests farewell.

Throw in the standard loss in the last round at Leichhardt plus the usual loss on a huge commemorative game and everything will be moving along as normal. The players can head off for a well earned rest knowing full well that they have squandered another season.

It's our home game. We could have sold tickets via memberships first and blocked the slimers out. But we have a strong history of wasting money and locking fans out.
A feel good story will appease the fans for another year.

Campbelltown hasn’t had a game with crowds all year what a joke... club still favours Leichhardt over Campbelltown. Rowdy was a Campbelltown junior, Benji is from NZ so what’s the reason of having the game there?

That and the fact Balmain contribute did diddly squat to the club.
Rowdy the local Campbelltown kid, got shunted straight after his 250th game despite being in better form than Benji.
Rowdy has said nothing, copped his medicine.
Benji is playing on, so he could actually play at Leichhardt again, if he could find a club, Rowdy is finished, he is retiring a one club player, and he should have been the player celebrated at Campbelltown

If you're going to use that argument they should have moved it to ANZ.

Exactly it’s not the ground it’s the club giving as many supporters the opportunity to celebrate a legend of the club leaving ... If ANZ available ?. If anyone needs any evidence why this club is mediocre this decision gives an insight.

There would be just as much uproar if there was a perception that a Leichhardt game was being taken off by Ctown. The Rowdy thing is equally ridiculous. If i remember correctly Parra moved a home game to ANZ for Hindmarshs farewell to accommodate more fans. We are run by idiots no doubt.
