All good mate. I’m actually a tragic fanboy especially when it comes to Benji. The players were all very good with me and my boys and we got a heap of pics etc. Josh Reynolds obviously has stuff going on but geez he trains hard. Lead the team in most of the drills, always out in front.

Early Jan it’s always hard to gauge. Nothing stood out for the big boys but keep in mind I spent a lot of the two hours kicking a footy with my kids so didn’t watch closely the whole session.

See above... wasn’t watching intently the whole time. Benji didn’t finish the last session and iced his calf but wouldn’t be too worried about that.

Oh and Simon Dwyer was there, still wearing a sling, poor bugger. No one was asking him for photos or autographs so I did both then showed my boys YouTube vid of him almost killing JWH!

Years ago I took my kids to Concord for a team and fan now

Ben Teo came up to my boys and took them out on the field to play touch with everyone

He was young and very friendly and went out of his way to make it a good day

The next year He was gone

Not 100% sure , but I believe that a few clubs are getting away from the smoke in NSW

Canberra are training at the Sunshine Coast for that exact reason

At one point they were doing a drill in groups which involved stop start running clockwise through 4 different stops.... Leilua was being lapped by the group behind. By far slowest/most unfit.

Put a hamburger at the finish line and he will be the 1st there

Lucy was the last signing by our club and he may have used his 3rd party payments in the form of McDonald's vouchers already

Seriously I think Lucy will be a good signing for our club
I hope he plays like his brother
Someone who has the ability to break the line and offload to a support player
He needs size and power for that
If we can get him to play aggressively for 30 minutes off the bench and replicate what his brother can do then I can live with that for now

In a bit of good news the coaching staff have been incredibly impressed with new recruit Luciano Leiluas fitness and attitude in his first weeks at Concord. Even though he’s a big boy his fitness is above what they had anticipated and he’s fit in well with the playing group
