Demps hows would it go if WT hired mentors for players like Sayfart.
A legend prop who could take him aside and teach him how to be successful.
A prop like Glen Lazarus, Blocker, Webke.
Teach them grit, mongrel and how to run hard, offload and tackle hard.
Only prob I could see is it prob effects salary cap for coaching staff (if one exists)
If there are no restrictions you could have several mentors.
Someone for ½, fullback etc.
Does this already happen?

It makes sense...
Wouldn't hurt to have a good, experienced forward in our ranks, showing the young lads what the expectation is.

Sadly we don't have this.
Tamou isn't capable and is likely gone at the end of the season too.

Seasons most likely done so time to experiment

Maybe see AD at 13 to give Joffa a spell and chuck him in the prop rotation

Or AD goes to 6 and Brooks to 9

API can’t come soon enough though…agree we really need an 80 min dummy half

Yeah it's funny as nu and AD would be both good at 13

Or bring AD into halvesband Hastings go to 13
