Tim Grant - Commits till 2018..

Probably the club doing the right thing by him with the chance of a longer term contract at the Knights. I'm not sure if this is related to other events. I guess we have to wait.
 
So does Ali get his stuff from Buzz or does Buzz get his stuff from Ali..
 
I’ve got no issue with this if true. We’ve gotten decent value out of Grant, but can do without him moving forward.
 
Was always going to leave, though I expected for next year. He has one decent for us but he is battling for the 4th prop spot.

I would only be letting him go though if we have someone else there. We are only 1 prop injury away from really needing him.

That’s my concern too. Packer, Matulino and Sue have all missed decent chunks of time to injury. It’s obvious Cleary doesn’t rate JJ.

IC isn’t stupid though so can’t see him letting Grant go unless we’ve got something else doing
 
We’d have to have someone lined up since we need to fill the position by end of June.

Sounds like we’re making room for Mbye to me.

Good for both parties if true.

Tim grant is far from "Used By", just not finding a place in FG.
 
We don't need to make room for anyone. We already have about a million under the cap. Grant on around 400k at least so would free up an extra 150k in our cap for this season if he goes.

Surely he'd only be on 250-300k? Who knows.
