We gotta keep Ava, but I see benefit in having Grant also purely for Size and Intimidation.

He is only useful in small bursts, so not too sure how that will evolve with the new interchange next year?

Have to agree with the majority on Grant,I watched the Sharks/Souths game and Grant didn't impress me at all as a key forward…I think he offers little compared to Ava....

Personally- I think one thing the Tigers DO lack is that bit of aggression. We either can't, or just don't, stand up to the big 'bully' packs. I have no problem adding Grant so long as he's not signed as some kind of marquee type player. As a 1st grade rotation- why not?

I cant believe the negative comments re Grant.

Think he is a very solid first grader (or better), very good laterally in the centre with good work rate, and carries the ball strongly.

He only played reserve grade in his last year at the Panthers cause he was leaving and they couldnt make the semies and they wanted to give experience to Lattimore and someone else (who I cant remember)

Id imagine souths are trying to offload some cash for Sam Burgess and this is a way to free some up.

We flogged Souths and the Bulldogs this season for our two best wins by miles, so I don't think it's standing up to big packs that's the problem.

From what I've seen, that was one of his BETTER games. I'd rather stick with Buchanan.

They maybe trying to free up cash but I suspect it is because he is a dud.
