Just watched the game again on Fox….What's happened to him...playing on his favoured side

Was involved in 3 of the Souff's Tries...1 Outpaced by Roberts the first time...2 Involved in the Inglis Try to which Teddy got planted yet Inglis got on his outside comfortably..3 Outrun again by Walker for his second....

If that had been Rowdy there would be a 20 page thread calling for his head ...again

He has never recaptured his form from the Penrith game in 2013….his spot has to be under threat when Nofo comes back...

Off the back of that game he got a Contract extension, if my memory serves me right .

When was he outrun by Walker for the tries? He had to turn and chase kicks while Walker knew the kicks were on and had all the running. I don't get this complaint.

Watch it again then and you can't tell me if it was Rowdy that it wouldn't have been bought up…the first one especially.... Simona had already turned before the kick.... he new it was coming too..

Give it a few more days Geo. Rowdy will get the blame anyway.

It is ALWAYS his fault - why doesn't everyone realise this.

As Toovey would say - "There should be an investigation"

No centre would have got to those balls before Walker.

I do think he is a winger though and would like to see him there.

He wouldve had to have been watching the half in order to have a shot at claiming those kicks before walker. Walker has some toe and its a hard ask to turn around and chase a kick when someone already has the start on you.

His first couple of games he was solid I feel. With some exceptional try set ups. But did get caught out by GI in the weekend, leading to 6 points.

Simona seems to be getting the Bunjijs about him.

Putting on weight, losing pace, style over substance.

I liked Simonas growth over the Last couple of years, but this year he's been ordinary, and certainly regressed.

Tim was poor last year. Reality is he has had one good year in firsts and most of that was on the wing. Not strong or big enough to be a first grade centre.

Its wing or nothing for Tim IMO.

Didn't he run down Walker from behind?

Yes he did. Don't forget he had a heap of strapping on his calf the week before against the Dragons and didn't appear to be moving too freely. I still don't think he's completely right at the moment.

I have watched the game a couple of times now and he would probably be the last back that I would be calling out. The rest of them were pretty ordinary but Simona was OK as far as I am concerned and he definitely ran down Walker in the second half after Walker had run quite some distance.

I saw quite clearly, he initially tried to stretch out when chasing Walker but backed off. Then he cleaned up Walker after Teddy missed. I am certain he is carrying an injury

I thought Simona was ordinary, but until someone shows me a red-hot option from reggies, you can't easily drop the guy.

Ppl are talking up Naiqama in another thread, but I am not convinced you can just switch him to centres for the same result. Lots of good wingers don't transition to centres.
