Time for WT players to be picked for SOO 3

They need to look to the future and treat this game as a trial for 2011.

There are a few things that really, really, REALLY bug me about Farah being dropped after game 2 last year.

1) In game one he started on fire and if I'm correct set up the movement that sent Hayne down the sideline. of course, the try was disgracefully disallowed and soon after the Maroons took over. I really believe things would have turned out very different if that Hayne try had been allowed.

2) He played injured in game 2 and, like most of the team, did not have a great night.

3) He had clearly been a superior hooker to Danny Buderus for the previous three seasons but never got a look in due to Buderus being captain. Once Buderus went to England the selectors should have decided amongst themselves that, injury aside, Robbie would be given the chance to be the Blues hooker for at least two seasons. But they didn't do this. They threw him on the scrap heap after two games and selected Ennis, who had not even come close to Robbie's standard of play until last year.

In saying that I don't want him to be picked for game 3 because it won't benefit him at all. The damage has already been done and there's never been a more DEAD rubber than what game 3 is going to be.

Time for Lawrence, Galloway, Rhino and Farrar to be given a go for State of Origin 3.

Ennis has done nothing and should be dropped for Farrar and his creativity.

Lawrence is far better then pretty boy Cooper who is old and slow.

Rhino to replace the thug that is O'Donnell (should have been sent off for that tackle). Rhino along with Ellis have been our two best players for the last 2 years and about time he gets rewarded with a Blues jumper.

Galloway to replace Brett White.

We all know Bellamy has his favourites but they are failed time and time again so a broom through the current side and add some fresh faces that we can build a team around.

What is people's thoughts?

Good Topic.

The Conspiracy Theory part of my brain tells me that suddenly a whole bundle of Tigers players are going to be picked for a match that has no meaning…

I wouldn't want ANY tigers players playing Origin until the Coach and selectors are gone.

14 Barba = QLD he is a Mackay Junior.

Benji & Ellis have pride in their heritage though. Thats the difference.

I did LOL at Israels junior club being listed as anything but the Minto Cobras

Brett Morris would have to be running out of chances. He seems to forget how to defend when he pulls on a blue jumper. Like most NSW backs either is making poor choices too often or suffering from a lack of an effective defensive framework from the $6 Million Dollar Man, Coach Bellamy…

One thing I can not agree with in NSW selections is the constant selection of the OVERRATED J Hayne? He is consistently only OK? Has only been a stand out in a few games where the ball bounces his way? But then again I really don't like the bloke because of his attitude towards his team mates a few years ago when he stated he should be fullback instead of Luke Burt? He is not a team player and NSW Origin needs team players not LAZY individuals who thinks their poop don't stink! Give someone a go that shows some ticker!

Good luck to them if picked and I'm sure they would give it everything. But I'd rather they didn't. What is happening at the Tigers is far more important. It is a very important time of year for us.

Lawrence, pfft. You're dreaming. Centres for origin 3 will be

3\. Cooper
4\. Gasnier

And Snozza will somehow convince Bellamy that Dean Young @ hooker and Luke Burt on the wing will clinch the dead rubber.

Lawrence on the wing???

why?

He's a center….weve had imbecilic NSW selectors picking players out of possy for years....

NSW team for game 3:

1.Jarryd Hayne
2.Brett Morris
3.Josh Morris

5.Akuila Uate (if eligable)
6.Greg Bird

No thanks. I reckon the selectors will be ringing around and getting lots of knock-backs (e.g. gotta wash my hair, ingrown toenail, "solly - long number") that sort of stuff. If you play D grade suburban league you may get the call up.
Honestly, I was glad there were no Tigers in the team on Wednesday and I hope there are none for game 3.
I reckon nos 1 - 12 - Luke O'Donnell, 13 - Paul Gallen. Let them get thumped.

You could have fielded the entire first grade Wests Tigers side in Game 2 minus the QLDers and I guarantee you the score would have been much closer. I can't guarantee there would've been a NSW victory but any first grade NRL team would have done a better job than the NSW team

Wendell Sailor reckons Farah should be brought back in too. Hindmarsh digressed and prefers Ennis.
