TITANS CLEAN OUT

You have to ask the question, of that list what ones would displace anyone in our top 17, maybe Gordon. Picking up rejects from the side running near the bottom of the comp has not a lot of appeal. Lets wait and see what better clubs have to offer

Usually not a good idea to buy the discards from a club that is also anguishing at the bottom of the table.

No to all.

Don't worry about the players being discarded from an underperforming team
- Worry about the money it leaves them with to buy other players….

The Gold Coast Titans can confirm that back-rower David Taylor has been released from the final year of his contract and will take up a two-year deal with the Catalans Dragons in the English Super League competition from 2016.

The Dragons issued a release overnight confirming the deal and Taylor informed his teammates of his plans after last night’s 24-14 victory against Parramatta at Cbus Super Stadium.

Taylor is determined to contribute to a strong finish by the Titans in the last five rounds of the NRL competition.

“I have always wanted to play in the Super League at some stage and the opportunity has come from Catalans and I’m excited to add a new chapter to my career,” Taylor said.

“The more open style of Super League is my style of football and I’m excited to get the chance to enjoy that and hopefully help bring some success for the Catalans Dragons.”

Titans did beat the Eels last night…

Knights are currently coming last.
Would you sign any of their players?
[ Gagai,Tariq Sims, Joe Tapine or even Aku? ]

How about if you were a rival club, would you look at any tigers players even though they're second last?
We have Tedesco, Woods, Taupau and a bunch of other appealing tigers…

Saying you wouldn't sign any Titans because they're the bottom of the table, which they aren't.... ridiculous.

No one is saying that, Nor implying that…
I don't see any of the Titans top liners named in the OP, What we're saying - Is that the Titans are as miserable as us this year, And we would we buy the players they want to let go.
Different story if it was some Dogs, Broncs or Roosters Fringers - But it isn't, It's the Titans....
Would be like us putting out a statement saying we're getting rid of Wes Lolo, John Sila, Kurtis Rowe and Joel Luani...
- I assume the responses on other club forums would be similar to what you see above...
