Lulia, hopeless - get rid of him
Sironen, only there because of his name- get rid of him
Lawrence, past it-get rid of him
Forwards - no grunt anymore, too many errors - get rid of them
Plus a derogatory mention somewhere for just about everyone else....

You forgot to mention:
Brooks is overrated, must step up and start showing 'something'.
Blair shouldn't be re-signed.
Woods overrated.
Simona hasn't broken the line or shown anything in attack this year.
Also, that the team doesn't know how to score points, neglecting to mention the constant reshuffling of the team.
