I'll be honest I think I have underestimated Penrith

Api Koroisai fills their problem position from 2019....I'll replace Canterbury with Penrith

But my hope against all hope has Penrith tying for the spoon with the Roosters or better still both clubs getting done for massive salary cap breaches

Edit: looking at the "expert" tips, penrith were not really in the mix. I wonder if the rejiging post Covid of the draw had that big an impact.
