I’ve been to over 100 countries and one of my most memorable experiences was watching sumo live in Japan. Surreal atmosphere. It’s bloody hard to get tickets though (if you’re lucky enough to be there when it’s on).
Try to find a place that serves bluefin tuna cheek.
