hey all,
watching the tigers the other night, i was texting my parents (tigers fans) watching the game as well and thought that setting up a twitter hash tag for tigers games (eg; #WTForum) just for us WTF guys would possibly be considered a good idea.
i know a lot of us here are twilliterate (i.e.; illiterate when it comes to twitter!) and i rarely go on there myself, but i have done so for a few cricket games and found the whole twitter interface is very conducive to making comments and seeing what others watching are thinking almost instantaneously.
not trying to take anything away from the live game threads here, and to be honest am not committing to spending a whole game monitoring a twitter feed myself, but it is a much quicker and easier way to post if you have your phone or tablet with you on the lounge or even at the game.
i dont know, maybe there already is one (definitely for example #WSTvSOU) but thought a tag only we knew would be good because we wouldnt have to worry about opposition fans!
im by no means any sort of twitter guru, but it is simple to set up an account and follow a feed for a known hash tag.
just thought i would put it out there.
