Yayy ! Lots of drama around this past weekend but he took it easy on his opponent and came out with the win as expected.

Poirier vs Gaenjthe or whatever his name is…...what a fight! Very biased commentating towards Gaenjthe IMO, Poirier showed his class in his sweet boxing. Karate Hottie got the job done for ya Demps.

Nervous for Whittaker.. even though he's already gone the distance with Yoel and got the W, and did so with a blown out knee.. Yoel is just a physical monster and can knock anyone out and any moment..
Tough fight to call. Hope Rob wins but I just feel like Yoel will pace himself better this fight and eventually find an opening for that big shot.
Stacked card though from top to bottom, even the prelims. Best card of the year by far if all fights hold up. The Stipe/DC main card is looking stacked aswell.

Yoel looked terrible after the weight cut. If he doesn't get an early knockout I see him getting knocked out in the later rounds.

Romero missed weight. So if he ends up winning I don't think he can claim the title. It's a messed up situation for a title fight.

For those unaware, bare knuckle fighting (BKFC)is now a sanctioned sport for the first time in over 100 years.. First event was last weekend. Some pretty brutal fights.. Here's on of the womens featuring an aussie fighter. Search 'BKFC1' on youtube for the other fights.. Those on p2p private trackers know where to find the whole event.

UFC 225 was a great card, some entertaining fights, main fight is up there for fight of the year, could have went either way.
Regarding CM Punk, it's as if they selected some random guy from the local bar to fight , embarrassing.
Looking forward to UFC 226, some heavy hitters throughout that card.. I think DC takes the title, smart fighter.

Did you get to see the Paulo Costa vs Uriah Hall fight in the prelims? Costa looks massive for the middleweight division. I predict either him or Kelvin Gastelum to challenge for the title at some stage next year.
