Unprofessional: Our 'culture'...

Firstly, I have had to spend a fair amount of time away from my family the past decade. So, I have jumped on planes at all hours whenever I have had a chance. So, I completely get it.

But Bateman flying to the UK and spending ten days there...arriving back Thursday...shows how unprofessional we are.

Would a team have done that if a top 4 spot was on the line? No. 100% not. So, you are saying "this game is not important" indirectly to all the players.

His legs were gone early....anyone could see it. That flight from the UK, and then up to Nth QLD humidity...then play a game. You can't do that.

If the captain thinks bye round is a chance for a holiday...what do the other players think? They were clearly not prepared for this game.

74...seventy four...0.

We are the same club who let Robbie Farah fly to Europe for the Champion's League final in the middle of a crucial period of games...then were belted in his return game.

Again, I get it. I have empathy. Robbie wanted to see LFC in a big game. By going Robbie basically said that was more important than proper prep for a Tiger's game.

But it is not the stuff professional clubs do.

It is our culture.

Non winners.
They are the same people that let Jason Taylor coach after he ran on the SCG pitch in an one dayer drunk as a skunk.

Strength and conditioning continues to look like shit despite the COE

Klemmer looks like he has been on a diet for 4 months.

No size, no strength, no endurance amongst any of them

Lol that never happened. Funny thought
It did. Probably wiped from the Meta Universe Internet. Just like history itself. One version only. One book only. Why would I write it. If I wanted to bullshit you I would of posted this in the Signing Suggestions and Rumours. Wishful Think Thread. Or Mass Media Thread

Nah , he got booted out of the ground but he didn't streak.

And yes. Jason too probably has suppressed and compartmentalised it into the outer limits of his mind. Like all of us. Things maybe we wish we are not proud of doing. Kicked out of more grounds than the council can construct. . Anyways. I am not his judge nor mine. Just saying - his players never respected him. Maybe they knew what you believe is a thought.

That would be an idiotic thing to say after a 74 point thumping when we are in 17th. If by miracle we beat Saints and claw ahead on F/A to come 16th…big whoop. Still a disgustingly pathetic season.
Yeah100% couldn't agree more pathetic season for sure, and as I said ,I'm surprised people are surprised we got flogged 74 - 0 BUT don't i think we will get the spoon

16th may avoid the spoon and be where we finished in 2022. At least that would mean no improvement on last year which is better than a worse finish at 17th. Nothing to cheer for in that.

At least our 2022 side had some real excuses with injuries, coach sackings, players leaving etc. I’m sure they’ll try and blame that for this year but it ain’t the same.
