Miller has been given plenty of chances. He still might make it in the NRL as well but to say he hasn't been given any changes is stupid. He has been given more chances than Sirro Jnr has.

That is BS,Sirro got how many games in a row,and Miller got a game here a game 6 months later,no chance to form a combination and no security,Sirro had both, apples and oranges my friend.

You can cut it anyway you want to but Miller has had plenty of chances. There is always an excuse for him - whether it is Sheens or Robbie and Benji. All of it has one thing in common - it is an excuse.

Sirro played 3 in a row and got injured, then came back had 3 more in a row and got injured,Miller has played a total of 5 games,1 this year, and he has started I think in only 3 games and 2 off the bench,so tell me how this is an excuse, tell me how this comes even close to the ride Sirro got.

Miller made his debut with the Wests Tigers in round 4 of the 2011 NRL season, playing from the bench, and getting on the field with 20 minutes to go.[4] He was only 18 at the time, and coach Tim Sheens said, "If you're good enough, you're old enough. And I think he's good enough." [3] Two weeks later he made his first appearance in the run-on squad, playing as halfback in a match against the Gold Coast Titans,[5] standing in for injured Robert Lui.

Besides NRL appearances, Miller played in the Wests Tigers' Toyota Cup team. He scored 5 tries and 128 points for the season, as was named as halfback in the competition's Team of the Year.[6]

In round 4 of the 2012 season against the Canberra Raiders Miller after a late call up to the NRL side, scored his first NRL try.

No comparison, and stupid to compare to the consecutive games and game time of Sirro

More excuses for Miller. Its pretty boring. He hasn't played well and he has been given plenty of chances.

Are you stupid or trolling,he hasn't been given anywhere near the chances of Sirro as I have shown you,so I will just disregard your input in this from now on.

Great argument - if attacking me would back up your opinion. Unfortunately it doesn't. Are you trolling or stupid - works just the same on me as it does you.

If you think he hasn't been given a fair go that is your opinion. I disagree.

And let me remind members that personal attacks on one another will not be tolerated, so please stick to the topic.

We will probably never know but Miller never was rated by Sheens its that simple. He may have had some very good reasons that we are not privy to but the one thing for certain he has ability. Its a shame because good no7s are as rare as rocking horse sh.t. You only have to see how the team is firing at present with our current no7.

A game here and there, hidden out of position some of that time, and given no real responsibility in the playing structure = Sheens use of Miller.

No way in the world was he given a real chance, and in any case he went pretty well considering.

x2

i dont see how anyone can say that miller has been given a real chance. compare the treatment of lui to miller. lui was given a chance (he did very little in his first dozen games but sheens persisted with him), whilst miller has not been given a chance (despite doing pretty well with his limited opportunites).

Whether or not he was given a big enough chance, he's not good enough for fg… My opinion!

What a load of crap. Wise up. He has not been given a proper go at first grade. He is the best halfback in the NYC and Sheen's ignores him? Great coaching. Don't look now but your prejudice is showing.

100% agree Col,he could not possibly play any worse at 7 than Benji has been playing, move Benji to 6 and promote, one of Miller,Chisolm,Humble and leave them there so they can get a combination going, and feel some sort of security like they did with Sirro.

Whoever gets promoted should play at 6 and keep Benji at 7 where he will be next year. He is still playing well at 7 and wont get better by being pandered too and moved back to 6\. He will be at 7 next year with Sironen or Anasta in the 5/8 role - GET USED TO IT and it is the best option. You don't see Cowboys supporters complaining every week about Thurston beig in 6 and his yeatr has been worse then Benji and Thurston was worse then benji on monday night

Thurston started his career at 5/8th,so he is only moving back to where he started,Benji is a 5/8th,he plays a whole different game at 7,and it is detriment to our chances, and he is getting worse not better at 7,time to let go of the ridiculious idea of moving the golden boot winner from last year.
Hell when Slater won the golden boot,Bellamy didn't say lets get him closer to the action and play him at 6 or 7,no because the idea is absurd,as is Sheens Benji idea. :bash

Anyone who thinks Miller wont make it or isnt good enough is kiddn themselves…

He may not get his chance at the Tigers, but he will play plenty of NRL Games in his career!!!

If I were the Tigers, I'd secure his signature for 2 years on a entry level contract and put him at #9 for WT Reserve Grade next year to sure up his defence, and look to bring him into NRL later in the year as a Utility, playing back-up for Robbie/Benji/Siro where required...

good post watto, imo the tigers should have given miller a fair dinkum opportunity at first gde at the start of this season, similar to what souths have done with reynolds, to encourage the young bloke to succeed. i have seen enough of him in the 20's and with guidance from the likes of benji, robbie and fults in first gde this kid will only get better. no. 7 has been our achilles heel this season and its not too late to put miller in and stick with him.

I agree,he hasn't had a proper go,put him in and leave him there,as I have said many times this year, look at what Manly did 2 years in a row,and souths this year,Sheens gives the kid 1 game then drops him, imagine if Sirro copped that sort of deal.
