“Luke Brooks has finally emerged from Gary Freeman’s shadow”

Probably the most random thing I have ever read on this forum. Have never even heard those two names spoken in the same sentence.

It's implying that Freeman was the Tigers last quality number 7.

May have a point.

Then he'd be wrong as we had a pretty handy number 7 in 05.

Yep, Scott Prince MOM in the GF. We went downhill when he left.

Maybe the author was implying Whiz was the last quality #7 blooded by Tigers; obviously Scott Prince played a number of years before we signed him.

So does the lineage go Gary Freeman, Scott Prince, Luke Brooks?

Dane Dorahy should be in the conversation somewhere.

Serious question.
Has Luke Brooks surpassed Robert Lui (in comparative career stages) When he played for the tigers?

In this game when Maloney scores would his catch be judged a knock on in today's play?

Something I just realised… our record against each section of the ladder heading into this round:
1st to 4th - won 5, lost 1
5th to 8th - 0 won, lost 4
9th to 12th - 0 won, lost 3
13th to 16th - won 4, lost 2
