I Remember the fruit shop the Gattellari's owned in Cabramatta across the road from the station.
It was a big deal growing up in the 60's having a celebrity like Rocky as a local.
The picture below is with one of Rocky's brothers I think.
I believe Rocky had a few brothers but I only ever really knew of Rocky and Lucky. I remember when Rocky got married and he was interviewed around that time, he was asked who would wear the pants in the family.
Well that one went right over Rocky's head and he went on with a spiel about how he would be wearing the pants in the family but maybe if it was a bit colder or something like that, his wife might occasionally wear pants.
Still have a bit of a laugh about that. 🤣 🤣 🤣
