When Luciano scored that try I couldn't help but think of the comments about how horrible they'd be due to how poor they looked initially, but must say they sure came in handy tonight.

My annoyance was how the tiger was too small but after receiving my hat it's not an issue.
Still if you look at it from say 10ft you cant see the name, it needs to be bigger and clearer, IMO.
Did you enjoy Brook's game tonight??

Yeah there were a few hilarious comments when the original announcement was made but I can't quite recall any of them now.

He (Brooksy) was in his element and IMO weaved his magic.
Absolutely love Hastings. His whole attitude and temperament. Find he's a real leader and competitor, doesn't let others' opinions about him affect him but at the same time he'd never let anything get to his head. He's what this team has been lacking. A man of great character.
The whole team dynamics has changed for the better since his return and no doubt the suspension played a part in this. He couldn't make it any more obvious that he doesn't want to let his teammates down.

I don't know who the Forum are going to attack now after we won and Brooks played well.
The COVID and Politics topics are going to cop a caning 🤣
People talk about culture. Well I think there is culture building right there with him leading, should be Captain.

We did play parra minus paulo,sivo etc
If we can win more than 3 games in a row that would boost confidence around the joint
But let’s enjoy the parra win & then focus on the rabbits first before we get carried away

True but as I said yesterday this was one of only 3 or 4 occasions since the 70s where I gave Wests or the WT no chance....And there has been some poor years, and we won in front of 30k on their big day. Can't believe it really.

Liked how we forced them under pressure to change their game plan..so we rattled them a bit.

So it was significant.


For the record the last time I thought my team had no chance was 1986 Wests v Manly at Brookvale.

And we won that day too.

Well I would suggest that we attack the opposition and only those players in our team that don't meet the win at all costs standard that was set against those slimy eels.

They make stories up but they need losses to do that. They would have been itching to make up some story about crisis board meetings.
