Wade Graham

Id pay big dollars for him, just the player we need and hits like a rocket in defence. With Townsend, Holmes, Bird and Graham off contract you would think one of them might be tempted with a big money offer.

Well, it's a brave new world, so who knows, we should be capable, with the right coach, of signing exactly who we want. After all, we only have eight players signed for 2018, so the sky's the limit.

For sure…sign him up as I've said before..

I'm surprised it's not done already..

Is this going to be your new Jason Taumalolo thing now that he's been signed up? :unamused:

Missed out on Finucane as well so yeah..

Cmon ease up, they are only just getting over the Taumalolo disappointment, give them a few days to drown their sorrows before they pick up and hitch their wagon to Wade Graham.

All these off contract top range players are going to love us, we are going to force their market value up sky high!!! We will not get any of them but we are certainly going to get them a lot more money from who ever they sign with

which would play into your hands if you want bench players from those clubs.

Wade is a great option to play on the Left Edge… Signing Wade and a guy like Tim Glasby would be a great for our club and turn us into a NRL Footy Team!

I like the way you think.

We can secure Wade Graham for an extra 25K on top of the Sharks offer..

GRAHAM TALKS HIT A SNAG

PREMIERS Cronulla are in danger of losing captain-in-waiting Wade Graham to a rival NRL club due to a breakdown in contract negotiations — all over $25,000.

The Sharks backrower is a hugely popular figure in the Shire and has stated his desire to remain at Cronulla on numerous occasions but the club has refused to budge on its offer.

Graham, who broke through into the NSW State of Origin side last year, informed the club four months ago about his asking price to remain at the Sharks beyond this year.

Both parties were aiming to get a two-year deal done as quickly as possible but with negotiations hitting a snag, it now appears Graham will test his value on the open market.

Rival clubs are believed to be monitoring the situation with the Sharks now facing the very real danger Graham may leave the club he won a premiership with last season.

Sure, it seems ridiculous to be squabbling over $25,000 when the contract is worth in excess of $1.4 million.

But Graham’s management remains adamant about their position.

Yeah my money's going on Graham remaining at the Sharks, this stinks of a manager move to pressure the club.

I think that it was Cleary that got rid. Wade at Penrith, might be a conflict if Cleary gets the coaching position at WT.
