Have we got our rock bottom yet. Still don't think we've hit it.

Our defensive coach needs the sack now. Until we move off our line and start hitting in defense we will always be pond scum. I've had enough. Shame on you WTs team and coaching staff.

Doe anybody know our defensive coach? Either he is a mystert man or he doesn't exist.

I agree that we need to be looking to move Madge on but I still think it has to be at the end of his contract. If you watch the reserves and even our team the defensive structures can be good. I am sure they are being coached correctly but we lack the ability to execute well consistently.

We have a much better squad as can be seen by how good our reserve grade team is going but we lack some quality and we are building.

The only reason I say move the coach on at the end of his contract is that we aren't performing to the level that we are capable of. I agree that Madge doesn't appear to the coach to get the guys playing above their level yet alone at their level.

The reserves stand MUCH deeper in attack...the reserves scramble MUCH better...the reserves have a different coach.

Why do the reserves stand 15 meters deep and run on to it? Yet firsts all stand flat? Why does the reserves 7 shuffle early ball to his centers? Why does the firsts 7 run side to side? Why do firsts simply put up midfield bombs and hope?

Reggies do none of those things.

If Madge is not coaching this stuff, then why has he not sacked all the people not carrying out his game plan? After week after week of it..it is fairly clear that this 'is' his game plan.

Coaches live and die by the results so I understand people calling for Madge's head but I don't think anyone knows what he's doing wrong exactly. Little things like MCK at centre or buying Joey L etc are not the result this team is losing.

Miakele being dropped was a bad decision. He has been good but just getting limited minutes. Seyfarth is a worker. Tamou is a worker. Twal is a worker. It was the wrong decision to play Seyfarth this week.

Those little decisions make a difference.

I would rather watch a group of kids play their hearts out and lose by 30 than watch the dribble that was on the field today.

I worry when I like more Manly players than I do Tigers players....and I absolutely HATE Manly.

Here’s hoping Canberra continue there bad form and sack Ricky Stuart cause I’d take him over Madge any day of the week... no threat in attack whatsoever don’t even look the tinest bit dangerous, while having no defensive prowess at all

Players play a part, but we have no direction from the top and it’s showing as each week passes through, as Madge represents the brand of footy we’re playing and it’s not pretty

Madge certainly has not adopted to the new rules. That's wht Manly steamrolled us after the 29 minute mark. It is also interesting to note that Madge had not made any replacements up to this point. What was he thinking? I am sure that the players don't know. We need a new coach and it has to be done this seson as soon as possible.

I would give Ben Gardner, the Reserve grade coach, the Wests tigers coaching position as soon as possible.

Well said Ellery. We sat at number 9 year after year and it was not good enough. We are now at 14 and they say Madge is a defensive coach and we are bleeding points. Attack has no structure. It has to be the coach. He did not join the Tigers this year. This is his third season. I would hope to be moving in a different direction. If Madge doesn't go then the board and CEO must as they are not holding him accountable and are clearly comfortable with the position.

This was meant to be madges year, we have a better roster yet are regressing either faster.

I'm sure he is decent coach but it's just not working out. Time for Flanagan.
