Overall a pretty good draw I think. We have a good finish to the season with a lot of winnable games, both suburban grounds have two Sunday afternoon games against other Sydney teams, we’ve got a game on Anzac Day and the teams we play twice are mostly beatable teams.

The dogs our last round game is a bit of a worry, just have to be well inside the 8, for it not to matter.

On paper it is a tough start to the season, but the first month of footy is usually a lottery anyway so it’s a good time to play them.

Only play storms, raiders and roosters once

Not a bad draw.

Playing in Canberra first up is great. Better then in the middle on Winter.
Rosters and Storm only once.
Not a whole lot of travel early on.

Swear that happens the Campbelltown every year, we get games at the very end of the season when we can’t make finals and no one rocks up.

When we played bulldogs early in the season at Campbelltown in 2019 we got a really good crowd

Tough 1st month ...lets hope everyone is fit and ready Rd 1 ....if only the Titans game was in Qld ..could of done back to back weeks in Qld (that was the plan in 2020 ) bloody Covid

first month is tough, our middle period improves and our run home is excellent. if we can snag at least 1 if not 2 wins in our first month it should put us in a decent enough position to capitalise.

looking at it from a supporters perspective, to be playing on Anzac Day for the first time in memory, plus a game at Belmore, Souths at Leichhardt on a Sunday arvo and the traditional Easter Monday clash, you've gotta be happy with that. for myself personally I live down in Wollongong so I'm stoked with a win stadium game on a Sunday arvo as well.
