We have a young team, and if we get a number of high profile teams in a row and lose all our early games then it may be difficult to lift the boys.

So if the club doesn't meet it's own benchmark, I assume it will take action accordingly.
It's a tough ask for the reasons you mentioned. Plus we have so many young bodies up against hardened professionals with years of experience at the top level. So I expect a high injury toll again next season.

Our defensive structure (or lack of) is so far behind the likes of Easts, Manly, Souths and Melbourne it's not funny. You wouldn't think a 4-0 scoreline in a game of Rugby League would make for an exciting time, but I found watching the Roosters and Manly play and defend, like they did the other night, inspirational!
I really hope our style of play is dramatically changed, to the point where we become better known as a team that other sides struggle to score against than a team that produces flashy attacking plays, sporadically, throughout a season. I know this will probably take some time to turn around - I just hope that Potter and co have it in their immediate sights to begin the process.

I didn't say anything about not having a good attacking game, I just said I would rather WT be recognised more for our great defence for once, similar to the teams I mentioned above. The way the game is played at the moment strong defensive teams are rewarded. Reduce the interchange and speed up the play the ball and the momentum may change

Its not the scoreline.
Its the game itself
A game choc full of errors and incomplete sets could result in a low scoreline.
This game featured great attack yet even better defense, both teams going oh so close but neither cracked (one try from a kick)

The Tigers attack which used to be potent, though injuries and other issues the last two seasons has seen it stifled and the defence which was never a strong point, but when the attack was good was never under pressure, this got shown up big style more so this season than last!
I'm sure Mick will be putting structures in place to shore up those defensive lapses, having a more comprehensive Coaching Staff for the start of pre season will see a marked improvement next year. Also the Players coming in will help alter the Psyche of the Team that had stagnated under Sheens (the plus for him is the quality of the young players coming through}
The main thing is not to have another horrendous run of injuries through the season, if injuries stay at a low level then a far better season beckons for Tigers!
