Wests Tigers announce player movements

The downside is we’ve completely sabotaged our chances in ISP.

First grade is what it is all about it is good to have decent depth in the lower grades but winning reggies means nothing

It was obvious watching Garner this year he was a class above ISP. I was worried we might lose him if we didnt get him into our top 30.

Well deserved lets hope he keeps progressing to make the 17.

Killa has done a good job for us and is a solid backup hooker but with Farah back is hard to see where we could play him with the clubs focus on Liddles devopment as an 80 minute player.

Garner should be big improvement to Rochow, he has excellent tackling technique, probably even the best at WT. In attack he runs great lines, has good hands and can offload :sign:

It almost garentees that Liddle will play out the year in ISP not withstanding injuries. I was wondering how McKilrik could go to playing most minutes in ISP to not playing much at all due to the clubs desire to develop Liddle in that grade.
Reynolds / ET our still our second choice hookers. Here’s hoping Robbie can finish the year punching out 80 mind consistently.
At Souths McKilrik will most likely be first choice ISP hooker and he only lived round the corner from Leichhardt so I’d say it’s a good move for him personally as well.

Good to see Garner get the upgrade, he's got plenty of utility value which will be handy if the interchanges reduce.

I thought Garner was ready some time ago. Great to see him get a shot for the second half of the year. MM no great loss IMO.
This overall has strengthened the squad.

Mclwrick gone I think we could all see that coming
Robbie here for the rest of this year
I dont think he will get another year
So we will be after another Hooker next year as I dont think Liddle will be ready with repeated injuries
Godinet I think would be let go
So I think we will be looking at the following
1st choice James Segayaro
2nd choice Cameron King
3rd choice Michael Lichaa

Honestly if we sign Lichaa I'd be embarrassed. I cringe when I see his name put up in these posts haha..

Ideal outcome would be Farah to play some solid football for us for the rest of the year and then play a backup/mentor role in 2019.

We don't want a repeat of this year.

I know. What on earth are people doing Rating Lichaa!
Did no one watch Cronulla and the Dogs swap 9's? Who got the premiership and who sank?

Lichaa can run, but the guy is so fickle and inconsistent. To top it all off:
The Dogs are coming 15th and were no wear near the 8 last season. So we brought Mbye, Reynolds and we want to get Lichaa too? Who in their right mind wants to buy a Failed Spine? We might as well swap Frawley for Brooks and set our goal on the top 14!
