I don't assume this off season we will be training in new facilities but the following one we should be?
So 2022 is looking more of the rebuild with COE and revised roster that should attract some decent signing as well.

Does anyone know the date when everything should be completed? Are we ahead of plans or behind?

They are expecting to move in after the 2021 Christmas break

Drove past the site yesterday. Graveyard now, completely flat chat. But zero construction work has commenced.

I'm doubting they can complete the project by end of next year. Just isn't enough time unless the whole place is pre-fabricated.

I went past the other day too, I think it will go up pretty quick once thet start. I'm still hopeful it will be done for the end of next year.

That's brilliant. Organising a builder is always one of the toughest parts and can result in delays. But I think this is pretty much on schedule.
