We would be one of the biggest junior footy nurseries in the NRL, though not sure it was thoroughly looked at until lately.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. I haven't seen what they are doing, but $75m seems cheap to what I was imagining?

Well, I seen photo's of digging up the oval, new drainage, resurface etc isn't cheep.

I was thinking grandstand, clubhouse and gym facilities, the price is just lower than I expected, I was thinking $100-150m, minimum.

A COE should be the showpiece of the club.

But if they are getting what they want, good deal.

Panthers have always been ahead of the game. Great Leagues Club , facilities and infrastructure etc

if campbletown was going to work then magpies probably wouldn't have had to merge, people move to area and already follow a team.
Magpies spiritual home is lidcombe anyway

The problem is the complete lack of connection with Campbelltown means that the best products from that junior nursery have no connection to the club and will often go elsewhere.

Yes in the Eastern Suburbs, it only takes 20 mins to drive to Bondi Beach from the city. It's not like the Eastern Suburbs are huge but the SFS is in the Eastern Subrurbs

Yes in the Eastern Suburbs, it only takes 20 mins to drive to Bondi Beach from the city. It's not like the Eastern Suburbs are huge but the SFS is in the Eastern Subrurbs

Who cares what LGA it is in. We'll never agree on this one.
