Every time i have spoken about what i see i have been shot down because i am a realist.We are all allowed our opion and obviously love the club no matter what and i will say again ,Des needs to really re-invent his approach and our style and structure.He once was an innovator and was up there with bellamy,bennett but the game has caught up.He is really big on completions and has been for the last 3 years but as you seen last night if both teams are completing well we have not got any flair,or stucture to go that bit further.We are so predictable and boring to watch and its always a grind.Parra had set plays,gave there backs room and played with intensity.Our backs never get good clean ball and room to move because of our style.We have a certified try scorer in rona but i dint think we have even spread the ball wide enough to give him a chance.Our forwards restrict our backs when we go wide- ie Trex and we still are so forward orientated.Manly were really bad and made us look good,penrith in all honesty should have won.We need an injection of youth with phillips and possibly more,a new game plan and maybe a new coach.Maybe its Dymoks turn.I remember when he took over he dropped Bmoz because of form.He is a coach who does not play names,plays form.Des will never drop anyone.Look at mitch brown,made our side for two years,goes to cronulla and cant make a side because he is an average player.I love the club but its sad that i like watching teams like parra play because they play attacking exciting footy.

Ok my turn lol this is just last nights game and I'm not saying these things will be going on all year but we need to fix these to get anywhere;
Garvey is prob the worst hooker I have seen play for us for a long time. His service is terrible, slow and predictable and our forwards always need to stop and wait for the ball instead of running straight onto the ball.
I'm not going to point fingers at certain payers but tolman and graham need to play there natural games and stop listening to the coach; you can see when they make half a break if they do, and just hold onto the footy…it's like if you offload yours Going to get your hands chopped off.
Overall I think des is a massive influence and everyone I've spoken to that knows him from players to friends of des say his very hard headed and blows up if you don't listen to him. I agree a coach should have a lot to say about how a team plays but to treat your players like robots and tell them to play how he wants and not there natural game is a no no for me. As we saw last night if the other team has good possession and dominates the middle we have no chance.... So I plead to des to please give his players some sort of free reign and enough of the bullshit robot plan we always have.
