With rep weekend coming up and therefore not many Panther duties, I reckon there is a good chance we get a decision by the end of next weekend from Ciraldo either way.
or maybe Alfred? he can handle 2 roles: butler and confidant

Someone must know something spill the beans.
Maybe we gave CC a deadline so we are not waiting too long and want to act on Plan B.. We need to make sure we don't hire the wrong coach but also need to make recruitment decisions so we don't fall behind.

If it’s not CC, they have kept candidate no2 very very quite.
I still think Nody is a real show. Been getting a lot of media coverage and tick boxes on development. Okay sure CC is first pick, but got a gut feeling Nody is the fall back man

No way imo should Noddy be FG Coach Full time or we are just going backwards..
He has not proven he is a top coach in reserves yet let alone been the top dog.
Even in his press conference he looks and sounds like a trainee and that is no disrespect to him as he seems like a really nice guy. CC has not been a FG coach either but he just uzzes class and the way he talks is very confident and doesn't get flustered.
I'm with a lot of others and think if CC says no we go for Flanagan (Payton would be perfect but extremely unlikely) as he would be ready to go and is up to date with current players.

One thing we can all agree on though is who ever gets the job will have their hands full, Ciraldo is a defence coach, so was Maguire and our defence looks as bad now as it ever has. If Ciraldo does come or whoever it is, job no 1 has to be to find where the system is failing, not only brining in the right cattle but ensuring the young guys and ladies are receiving adequate training as they come through the grades. Somewhere at the Tigers there is a massive defensive issue, no idea if it's attitude or if it's lack of coaching but we need to fix it asap before it will start to translate and improve at nrl and wnrl level.
