The roar when Marshall scored in the first few minutes was the loudest noise i'd ever heard at a game. The crazy thing about that night was Wests Tigers had 30% of suppprt tops. But we drowned them out.

Best game I've been to and I've been to many. Had it all atmosphere, emotions, intensity, adrenaline.
I remember watching the Swans Grand Final a couple of hours before and the nerves I was experiencing was like never before, I couldn't eat as my stomach was going into a knot.
The Dragons supporters leaving the ground with 5 minutes to go from the Northern stand was priceless :smiley:
 
Looking back, the Dragons game meant more to me than than the gf, just because of the atmosphere. The atmosphere at the gf was non existent.
 
I caught a bit of the Dogs game from 2003\. We spread the ball on the last on our own 30 metre line, and Fitzy put in a grubbed behind the line that went straight into the legs of the defender and the Dogs picked it up and went straight on the attack. Vintage Fitzy.
 
For all the flak Fitzy copped though (and plenty of it deservedly) he was an integral cog in our charge to the premiership at the back end of that season IMO. Never forget the euphoric feeling when he was passed the ball in the 2nd half of the GF and you just new instantly that he was gonna dive over to seal the game and the title! Geez some nervous energy (and cans of beer) were burned up that day, what a magical few weeks' ride the WT boys took us on. Exhilerating.

That was the most complete performance that made me believe we would win it. It was like we re invented a playing style which couldn't be stopped.

The win funnily enough against Manly in 09 was was of the most special wins of any Magpies or WT games I've seen. The backline sweep leading to the tanks try the slips catch by benji the pass by Orford intended for Williams ( marked by Ryan who brought guys like that down) going over the sideline special day.

And of course the PF win over Saints the smoke the whole night.

100%
I went to both games and the win over Saints has been burned into my memory forever. Very small percentage of the crowd were with us and the noise was deafening as we pleaded and screamed to the boys to get us home. The GF on the other hand was more like a party as we all felt confident of a victory thanks to the flogging we gave the Cows week one. I remember very little of it after Benji's run for Pats try. Got blind lol….

And Fifita had no Tatts, quite enjoyed the day in front of the TV watching our side nearly lose from convincing positions while the 2000 game from Parra Stadium saw a huge come from behind win!.

They seem to like picking close scoreline games , and half the time our wins were exactly like that CK

I suppose when you only win 43 % of your games beggars can't be choosers :bawling

You must be happy , Sterlo's one on one with Moltz was on
 
Starting again at Midnight. Personally I'd love to have seen th Campbo comeback against the Knights and any game where we just smash Souths.
